OBC quota

Brain Drain....students going abroad and all that stuff....students takin' private sector as their mainstay for placement...why???? cuz govt followed the quota system for so many yrs, quality of one's work is not given priorty, talent has no meaning now. Govt. has given quota for SC/ST for so many years and now for OBC, oh how sorry I am, about my country's politics...10 yrs down the line I see no radical changes taking place in Indian politics.......
