In the modern world, the demand for managers far exceeds that for entrepreneurs. For every entrepreneur, we require hundreds of managers. Firstly, while entrepreneurs provide ideas, their successful implementation, which is crucial, depends on managers. A multitude of managers are necessary for each viable idea. Secondly, although an idea is the seed of a business and holds its own importance, managers are the ones who nurture that business over decades, making their role more significant. The success of an idea hinges on a manager's responsibility. Lastly, if we were to hypothesize a world without entrepreneurs, existing businesses would persist. However, if managers were absent, businesses would cease to function, leading to societal stagnation. Therefore, living without entrepreneurs is more feasible. In summary, while entrepreneurs are undoubtedly important, the need for managers is greater.

Rashmirathi is a Hindi epic poem written by Ramdhari Singh Dinkar. It tells the story of Karna, one of the central characters in the Indian epic Mahabharata. The poem is divided into seven chapters or sargas. If you have just seen the rating of this movie on IMDb and want to see it, please dont expect too much. Its not that good a samurai movie. Last half an hour is just crowd sword fighting, that didnt impressed me. Starting has shown brutal violence by an autocratic ruler, and a team of 13 is formed to assasinate him. Harakiri has been shown many a times in the movie, so you will learn about that self inflicted brutal act too. My suggestion: dont watch(5/10)

Of all the Paranormal Activity movies, this one has shown the presence of the paranormals most strongly. While it may not be better than the first two, it’s definitely worth watching for horror movie buffs. The movie tells the story of how paranormal activity started in the lives of two sisters, which was shown in the first two parts. So it’s kind of a prequel. The characters are likable and the effects are actually top-notch and done effectively. There’s a scene with the babysitter where the demon is wearing a blanket and is standing right behind her that will give you major goosebumps. Critics have said that while the jolts and thrills are undeniably subject to diminishing returns that plague most horror sequels, Paranormal Activity 3 is a surprisingly spine-tingling treat 

Introduction: The Woman in Black is a spine-chilling horror movie that will keep you on the edge of your seat. The movie is based on Susan Hill’s novel of the same name and is directed by James Watkins. Plot: The movie follows Arthur Kipps (played by Daniel Radcliffe), a young lawyer who is sent to a remote village to settle the affairs of a deceased client. While there, he discovers the vengeful ghost of a woman dressed in black who haunts the village and its inhabitants. Experience: Watching The Woman in Black was an intense experience. The movie’s atmosphere and controlled horror kept me on the edge of my seat throughout. There were moments where I was caught off guard and felt a chill down my spine. Strengths and Weaknesses: The depiction of the time and place is done perfectly well . However, the protagonist still looks like a boy and that too, Harry Potter . Who am I?? Lets consider I is simply a hypothetical character generated by the brain. But why dont we give a damn about brain or the heart when the body loses that essence called life? The body is just another object without life. So what is this that make blood flows, stops it to stop flowing. Brain is the central organ of the human body, it somehow controls the heart beat, percieves the senses and does all the other small n big functions. Who runs the brain then? Can it take a decision which is not pre defined? Or it just acts upon the past experience and learning. What about the first experience?

Nobody likes corruption unless you are in a place where you can be corrupt. The large gathering of people in "support" of Anna were those on the receiving end. But as soon as you place them on the other side of the table, they'll not hesitate in surpassing their predecessor. They won't shy away from the extra money they can make. Do we really think that if we do something it will make any difference in the life of others. Can you make someone happy forever? No. We are like the blocks of tetris. Game is destined to end is the first hard truth that one should understand, if u r placed right then the line completes u r deleted, u delay the game for sometime. Also, you are not present to see the end, but if u have not been placed correctly u will be there to see the end and not only that, you r responsible for its end. It is not only the last block, that is responsible for ending the game, but all the others below it, who had more degree of freedom, but they are placed wrongly. Its not u, u r only a block.........but lets imagine something, these blocks are responsible for their own fate, they can move themselves, they can rotat...

Why do we try to find links between events, why do we delve for reasons, why do we compare, why on earth we try to differentiate happiness and sorrow, truth and lie, black and white. Lets see if we forget about the links between events that has already occurred, we will not repent for the things we havent done. If we dont delve for reasons we'll be happier that before.

So when's that day??? When we will rise like phoenix from the ashes....... First let's talk about the movie...... Movie per se is too good and I was moved by the very idea of the movie. As I am not checking the spoiler box, I must be brief......Though the movie is incomparable and nothing can be said without exposing the plot. Now I can easily say that Bollywood is showing some of its traits that can be compared to a Hollywood movie. The idea of the movie is among the best I have ever seen. This movie should go for Oscars not involving any kind of politics this time. Let's see what can be said about the components of the movie, to start with we have 2 of the greatest Bollywood actor in the movie and chosen aptly for the roles. The four terrorists are chosen correctly for the role and also their getup is quite nice and appropriate. In the story u see that it is a mixture of few of the past movies ... dil chahta hai(aamir shown as a rich guy gets into a fight with akshay khanna, similarities can easily be seen) Direction...k what can I say about Abhishek.....k fine I think with this budget he has done a good job..... screenplay...sometimes nice but looks like a copy of DCH.... cinematography no good... editing k .....jumping from all the Rock music to sudden silence...ya makes u remember DCH.... I have given it 6 because of the last sequence, song, situation and ending....alls well that ends well.. Also 1 thing I missed...

I hope many of hose who liked this movie will be a teenager, cuz its very peppy movie. Music and background score is not impressive...Peter Berg, I don't know what he was thinking to show in 1 hr 27 mins...but OK he has shown lot of action though.......k lets see some good points ..... that scene where Hancock is fighting with his "wife" the scenes are mixed nicely. Also that head into the ass thing is sumthin' to laugh about ..... The stubble looks good on Will Smith but later he shaves it off. All in all if u wanna see a Will Smith movie... see it ........otherwise there are many movies to watch before this......
