In the modern world, the demand for managers far exceeds that for entrepreneurs. For every entrepreneur, we require hundreds of managers. Firstly, while entrepreneurs provide ideas, their successful implementation, which is crucial, depends on managers. A multitude of managers are necessary for each viable idea. Secondly, although an idea is the seed of a business and holds its own importance, managers are the ones who nurture that business over decades, making their role more significant. The success of an idea hinges on a manager's responsibility. Lastly, if we were to hypothesize a world without entrepreneurs, existing businesses would persist. However, if managers were absent, businesses would cease to function, leading to societal stagnation. Therefore, living without entrepreneurs is more feasible. In summary, while entrepreneurs are undoubtedly important, the need for managers is greater.
Not just the best animation....., 6 March Ratatouille, I think is much more than just an animated movie. It has that synergic effect that a complete movie needs to have. In my view all the visual effect crew has worked in tandem to serve this terrific "dish" in front of the viewers....But thats not it the Storywriter, the screenplay writer, the director and the co-director, every one has done a great job. Its very difficult to put into words that comprehensive thing that they have presented in front of us. There is every essence a movie requires, emotion, drama, comedy, direction, screenplay, music, background score and above all a "happies endings". The movie is just ecstatic.....
Nobody wants to die alone...... *** This comment may contain spoilers *** the movie starts with a depressing note... absolutely no music in the 1st half. The movie is a bit slow in the beginning but the tenderness of feeling can be demonstrated slow only. Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman are 2 cancer patients...Jack Nicholson is a billionaire and Morgan Freeman is a middle class man. Doctor tell them that they have months left. Then the movie gains some pace and also some background score, they make a list of things that they wanna do before they die (go into the bucket) and that is the "bucket list". In the remaining movie they try to do stuffs written in the list and one by one they do things and strike off from the list. The acting cant be criticized as they are the big guns. The screenplay may get the points in innovative script but rest is not out of ordinary...one particular thing about the movie is that Morgan Freeman narrates the story and in the end he dies........
